ABSTRACT SUBMISSION









 ABSTRACT SUBMISSION RULES



 *Abstracts must be submitted through the congress website via online abstract module. Submissions by fax, regular mail or e-mail will not be accepted.


*Abstracts can be sent as ORAL or POSTER presentations. Abstracts must be written in English and Turkish.


*Abstracts must be written in English Turkish (Only in English for foreign participants). 


*Abstracts will be included in the congress summary book. Abstract presentations will be made in Turkish and English.


*Abstract can be sent as "abstract" or "full text" depending on the request of the participants. In the abstracts will be added as send. Proceedings will only be prepared electronically and will be published on the congress website and the association's website.


*Selected abstracts which would be sent as FULL TEXT will be published in the "International Journal of Echinococcoses", the publication of the Turkish Society of Hydatidology.


*Full Texts should be prepared according to the spelling rules of “International Journal of Echinococcoses”, the publication of the Turkish Society of Hydatidology.



 ABSTRACT SPELLING RULES



 *The presentation preference (oral or poster) of the authors should be specified when submitting the abstracts. However, depending on the scientific program and the content of the abstract, the Scientific Committee may change the way the abstract is presented.


*During the submission of the abstracts, it should be stated which of the subject headings that will be specified in the system by the scientific committee of the study belongs to.


*The title of your abstract should be written in all capital letters, and the use of abbreviations should be avoided.


*The names and surnames of the authors (no title is written) and the institution they work for should be specified in the system completely and attention should be paid to the rankings.


*Abstracts should not exceed 300 words. Only the abstract text is included in this limitation, and the title, author names and institutions and keywords will be kept separate from this limitation.


*It is obligatory for the abstracts to include the "Purpose", "Material-Method", "Results", "Conclusion" sections. (in English “Objectives”, “Materials-Methods”, “Results”, “Conclusions” and “Keywords”).


*Keywords should be at least 3 and at most 5.


*The Organizing Committee is not responsible for missing or incorrectly entered information.


*The Organizing Committee decides on the place and form of the presentations in the program.


*Scientific and legal responsibility for the abstracts belongs to the authors.



 EVALUATION OF ABSTRACTS



 *Evaluations will be made over the internet by the Congress Scientific Committee and the designated subject expert referees, keeping the names, surnames and institutions of the researchers confidential. In order for the abstracts to be evaluated, the author who will present the abstract must have completed the congress registration process.


*If the person uploading the abstract to the system and the responsible author to attend the congress are different, the responsible author must be marked as "Presenter Author" in the system. A presenter author (responsible author) can participate in the congress with a maximum of 1 oral and 2 poster presentations.


*Abstracts that are not sent in accordance with the above-mentioned rules will be leave out of assessment.


*The abstracts of those who have not completed their registration and/or do not present their papers without an excuse will not be published in the abstract book.




 ACCEPTANCE RESPONSES



 *Acceptance letters of the abstracts, which will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee and expert referees, and the way of presentation (oral / poster presentation) will be sent to you by e-mail until 1 month before the start of the congress.


*The presentation program and poster details will be announced on the website within 1 week after the acceptance dates and the owner of the abstract will be notified by mass mail.




 ORAL ABSTRACTS



 *The time allocated to each study is 10 (8+2 minutes) including discussion. Compliance with this period is necessary for the continuation of the program without interruption. 


*We highly recommend downloading the ZOOM application to your computer in terms of broadcast quality and ease of use during presentation ( https://zoom.us/ ).


*All sessions will be conducted by moderators during the congress.



*We kindly ask you to connect to the system at least 15 minutes before your session.



 POSTER ABSTRACTS



 *Accepted poster presentations will be exhibited on the congress website during the congress dates (4-6 February 2022).


*For poster presentations, you can submit your poster file to NL M.I.C.E. until the date determined before the congress. You should send it to the congress secretariat to nlonline@nlmice.com.


*Posters should be prepared as a single page and in PDF format.



*Dedicate the top of your poster to the title of the presentation, authors and their addresses.



 SPEECH SUMMARY SUBMISSION



 You may send your speech summaries of up to 600 words to nlonline@nlmice.com until 15 January 2022 to be published in the abstract book.
